Utopische Eingriffe …, ist ein Serie von 11 kurzen Sequenzen. Die Arbeit ist gegliedert in zwei formal unterschiedliche Gruppen. Einerseits: Bilder von Gegenständen aus dem Alltag die in hypnotischen Bewegungen an verschieden Tapetenmuster vorbeiziehen.
Anderseits: Bilder von Lippenpaaren die Wörter wie Glück, gemütlich, Not, aus der Mattscheibe hauchen (Rückprojektion). Im Vordergrund findet eine Aktion statt, Händeklatschen, Faustschlag …
Die einzelnen Spots wurde als Serie im Zwischenraum der bestehenden Programmblöcken im des Schweizer Fernsehens ausgestrahlt. Die Dauer eines „Eingriffs“ beträgt jeweils 30 Sek. in Anlehnung an die geläufige Zeitdauer von TV-Spots.

Utopische Eingriffe … is a series of 11 short sequences, structured into two formally distinct groups.
On one hand: images of everyday objects, moving in hypnotic rhythms past various wallpaper patterns — looping movements that suggest both repetition and subtle transformation.
On the other hand: close-ups of pairs of lips softly uttering words like Glück (happiness), gemütlich (cozy), Not (distress) — whispered from within the screen (via rear projection). In the foreground, simple actions unfold: a clap of hands, a punch, a small physical gesture that momentarily disrupts the image’s calm surface.
Each sequence — or intervention — lasts 30 seconds, referencing the typical duration of TV commercials. The clips were broadcast as a series in the transitional gaps between existing program blocks on Swiss television, subtly infiltrating the familiar rhythm of scheduled programming with poetic and unsettling micro-narratives.
